Tomorrow, we’re back. 🍺

The doors reopen at The Royal Oak tomorrow, Friday 9 October, and there’ll be something new waiting at the bar.

We’re now pouring Utopian Premium British L***r on draught, brewed in Devon using 100% British-grown ingredients.

Crisp, clean and beautifully balanced. We think it’ll feel rather at home in Porlock.

There’s also a brand new winter menu coming out of the kitchen, so whether you’re joining us for a pint, something to eat, or both, we’re looking forward to having you back.

We’re now taking bookings for Christmas dinners, whether it’s your work Christmas party or a private meal with family and friends.

Thick-cut, honey roasted, and piled high alongside toasted sourdough, a wedge of mature cheddar, boiled eggs and pickled onions. Our ploughman’s is simple done properly, and it’s one of the best ways to spend a lazy lunch on Exmoor.

Pop in and try it for yourself before we take our autumn break on 7th September.

After a busy first year, the team’s earned a proper rest — and we can’t wait to come back and celebrate 12 months at The Royal Oak with all of you.
