Hi All.
Just a quick post (well not that quick really lol) to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped and attended the Charity Fundraising Day yesterday at The Plough in aid of Together for Toby.
The grand total raised this year was £1618.65👏👏👏. An absolutely fantastic amount.
There are so many people to say thank you to.
Firstly to Bazza for all his efforts, the girls (Teresa, Carol, Rebecca, Kathy & Christine) who raised over a staggering £800+ alone with the Tombola, bottle stall etc. All the guys who turned up and played in the footie match. Lee Makin for his opposing efforts😁.
The singers, DJ Alex (& Sean), Chris with Karaoke, who all freely gave up their time to support the event. Every single person who donated gifts and prizes and every one of you who bought raffle tickets, bought tickets for the Tomobola and the other stalls etc.
Shevington Village Kitchen and The Muffin Man in Shevington for their very generous donations. Anna Benbow for the amazing cakes (again😋). Sean for his brilliant efforts on the BBQ. And to you the villagers of Shevington and the surrounding areas for coming along to lend your support and making it a superb day all round.
But the people I personally would like to thank most of all are the hardworking bar staff of the Plough & Harrow (and they really do work hard) without whom these days would not be possible - so thank you all💕.
Before I sign off I hope I haven't missed anyone out, if I have then sincere apologies.
