A real showstopper from the kitchen.🤩

Braised beef short rib, Shropshire rare breed 'Tomapork' pork chop, lemon & thyme half roast poussin chicken, roast Lune Valley lamb loin, pea purée, duchess potato, parmesan Caesar salad, seasoned fries and beef gravy.

Ideal for sharing...though we’d completely understand if you didn’t. 😉
