Chloe has been with us since January this year and what an impact she has made already! ✨ Almost every week she receives a lovely review from happy diners, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her as part of the team. ❤️

We’ll miss Chloe for the next couple of weeks as she heads off to India to do some volunteering 🌍✈️

YES ITS BACK! 💪🏼

From 20th–24th April, mussel week is back at the white hart! Not only are the mussels on the menu, but Ollie’s muscles will be making a full-week appearance too — flexing behind the bar, carrying plates like it’s a workout, and probably showing off more than the main course 😎

Whether you’re in for a full-on mussel feast or just a light bite, there’s plenty to enjoy… and if the food doesn’t impress you, Ollie’s biceps definitely will.

We highly recommend booking early for this one as the mussels fly out of that kitchen!

This is Dao – our amazing kitchen porter who’s been part of the team for around 3 years! Through rain or shine, she’s always smiling and ready to take on anything that comes her way 🙌

Her go-to drink? Pineapple juice 🍍
Her favourite dish? Caramelised pork belly
And she’s loving our new garden area after the refurbishment ☀️
