Raise the Bar is looking for enthusiastic team members (18+) to join our growing team across our three venues. We’re seeking individuals who can deliver outstanding customer experiences and bring great energy to our bars.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and take drink orders with a friendly, positive attitude
• Offer knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations
• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
• Restock the bar, including replacing bottles and kegs
• Maintain a clean and tidy bar area, including washing glasses and wiping surfaces
• Handle cash and card payments
• Stay informed about current drink trends
• Check customer ID and verify age where necessary

Requirements
• Experience is preferred but not essential
• Must be available for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
