Meet Ian – although, let’s be honest, if you’ve ever been to The Wheatsheaf, there’s a very good chance you already know him. 🌟
Ian’s been with us since the day we first opened the doors, and somehow, all these years later, he still manages to be absolutely everywhere.
Driving? Ian.
Looking after the hotel? Ian.
Making sure guests are happy? Ian.
Something needs sorting that technically isn’t anyone’s job? Yep… Ian.
He’s the sort of person who’ll go miles out of his way to help you – usually with a smile on his face and without making the slightest fuss about it.
He’s best mates with pretty much everyone, knows half of Sandbach, and we’re fairly sure there isn’t a job around here he hasn’t done at some point.
Behind all that, he’s also one of the kindest, fairest and most caring people you could ever meet. The sort of bloke every team needs, and one we’re very lucky to have. 💛
When he’s not here looking after everyone else, you’ll most likely find him in the gym. And by “most likely”, we mean definitely. The man is obsessed. 💪
Ian, you really are one of the stars of this place.
Next time you see him flying past doing one of his 47 different jobs, give him a wave… although chances are, he’ll have already stopped to say hello first. 😂🌾
