What a first week it’s been 🙌
Since we opened on Wednesday, there hasn’t been a single moment of lunch service without a full house, and it’s been brilliant seeing so many of you enjoying the new bagels. Thank you to everyone who’s come in.
With a response like that, we want to make sure we can serve every one of you properly, every single day. So we’re taking a good look at how we run lunch.
So unfortunately there’ll be no bagel service tomorrow. It gives the kitchen the time it needs to prepare for our Saturday evening and busy Sunday roast service, and we’re really sorry to anyone who was planning to come in. We’ll be back as usual from Wednesday! 🥯
Now for how we make sure everyone gets a bagel… we’re hiring! We’re on the lookout for a full-time bagel chef to join us on daytime hours! That’s working side by side with our fantastic kitchen team.
