Old Hall, Sandbach A Grade 1 listed pub, serving fresh food, cask ales and wine in a welcoming, buzzy atmosphere.

This marvellous Grade 1 listed building is believed to date from 1656 and was the residence of the Lords of the Manor of Sandbach. We undertook a major 18 month restoration programme in 2010, and now Old Hall is back to its former glory, having lost none of its character or atmosphere, with its eyes firmly fixed on the future as a pub restaurant.

Join us for 2 very special events over the next 2 months.

🎨🖌️On Tuesday 22nd September from 7pm to 9.30pm we have another creative evening with Brush & Tipple, this time painting Splash of Paradise – a vibrant parrot brought to life with bold colours, expressive paint drips and plenty of personality.

No painting experience is needed. A Brush & Tipple artist will guide you through each stage, with all the materials provided on the night.

You’ll have everything you need to create your painting, including step-by-step guidance, paints, brushes and your canvas, which is yours to take home at the end of the evening.

💀🗡️ On Tuesday 13th October we have 'An Evening of Betrayal', as our Garden Room becomes the setting for a night of secrets, suspicion and some rather questionable behaviour.

You’ll be welcomed with a complimentary drink on arrival from 6.30pm, before the games begin at 7pm. 🥂

Tickets include a two-course dinner, served during the evening, with drinks available to purchase from the bar throughout.

Who you trust is entirely up to you – just remember, not everyone is what they seem…

Are you a Faithful or a Traitor…? 🗡️

Can you trust those around you and work together to expose the Traitors, or will you master the art of deception, keep your secrets hidden and outplay everyone else?

Join us for our charity dog walk tomorrow from 10am.

On the last Saturday of every month we gather at 10am for a breakfast butty and a cuppa before embarking 🐶 on the walk around 10:30am. After the walk we return back to The Old Hall just in time for a spot of lunch or a pint should you feel the urge!

Please remember to bring your coats, wellies and brollies ☔

In return we ask for a donation no matter how big or small to be made on the day to our chosen charity Sandbach Animal Rescue 😻
