Since 1994, Old Glory Molly Dancers and Musicians have performed their unique interpretation of Molly Dancing, an old East Anglian tradition born from the winter hardship of agricultural labourers who danced for pennies or food. Old Glory continue this custom by dancing at local hostelries through the darkest winter months and collecting donations, which are now given to local charities at the end of each season. This year they chose The Pear Tree Fund as there chosen charity and have raised an astonishing £640 which will help us to continue to provide crucial support within our local community. Thank-You Old Glory Molly- Keep dancing!
