Hats off to all those who fought that fire and clearly saved Suffolks most beautiful land and the houses and campsites so close from a far worse fate than even this.

A firm favourite ever since it went on the menu is our sticky chicken and rice bowl. A nod to classic Korean fried chicken but made with home-made Sriracha and fermented fava bean paste. Absolutely bang full of flavour and full of spicy goodness.
