We always say everyone is welcome at The Bell, but a massive colony of bees took that a little too literally and set up shop right in our chimney!

As much as we loved the idea of making our own pub honey, we knew they needed a safer spot. We’re thrilled to report that thanks to some incredible local beekeepers, the whole hive has been safely removed and rehomed. 🏡🌸

Huge thanks to the team who handled them with so much care. No bees were harmed, and our chimney is officially officially vacant again.
