Please join us for Pennys Celebration of Life service which will take place at Rainsbrook Crematorium on Wednesday the 4th of November at 1pm. With a cheers to Penny taking place at the Rugby Workers Club from 2pm.

It was Pennys wish for no flowers, but for donations to be made to the Myton Hospice instead. Penny also wanted to encourage people to wear purple, her favorite colour.

The family would like to say a huge thankyou for all of the kind messages, cards and support. We hope to see you soon

❤️ A Very Sad Day for Our Fighting C***s Family ❤️
It is with a very heavy heart that I write this post to let you all know that we have sadly lost our lovely Penny Jeffers, a much-loved member of our Fighting C***s family.
Penny fought such a long and hard battle with cancer, but even through the toughest of times, she still managed to walk through our doors with that smile on her face. Whether it was joining us for our Coffee & Cake Mornings, enjoying a few drinks and a good catch-up with her friends, or having a laugh at her much-loved Bingo nights, Penny loved being part of our little community.
For me, Penny was so much more than just a familiar face in the pub. She was part of what makes The Fighting C***s feel like a family, and it is heartbreaking to think that we won't see her walking through the door again. She will leave a huge hole in our community, and I know she will be missed by so many of us.
At this incredibly sad time, I would ask everyone to please give Penny's family the time and space they need to grieve and come to terms with their loss. My thoughts are very much with them all. ❤️
I will keep you all updated when I have further information about Penny's funeral arrangements.
Rest peacefully, lovely Penny. Thank you for the smiles, the laughs and the memories. You fought so hard, and now you can rest. You will never be forgotten, and you will always be part of our Fighting C***s family. 🕊️❤️

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Steve Jones, who was a much-loved part of The Fighting C***s’ entertainment over the years.
Steve was well known for hosting our quizzes, calling bingo and providing all-round entertainment, bringing plenty of fun, laughter and good memories to so many people.
He was a familiar face to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

For those wishing to pay their respects and attend Steve’s funeral, the details are below.
Our thoughts are with Steve’s family and friends at this very sad time. ❤️
