Gin has fledged, Tonix is hanging around a little longer. A couple of things have surprised me about this experience.
1. How rapidly Gin and Tonix have grown up.

2. The amount of mess they make, when Tonix does move on we will need a couple of hours to deep clean the entire Gazebo.

Pixie and her squabs "Gin and Tonix" are doing very nicely.
Soon we will be able to offer the Gazebo again to diners.
There is a possibility that the Gazebo will be offered for sale.
The buyer will need to have the means to dismantle and remove it by Monday 20th July.
Let me know if you are interested.

"Conkers" is a very old and well loved Wendy house that I built many years ago for my Children. Since then it has been enjoyed by my Grand Children too.
"Conkers" needs to go to a new, loving home.
She is free to the person that is prepared to dismantle it and take it away and makes the largest donation to my 2026 nominated charity Prostate Cancer UK.
PM me with your pledge by the 31st May and I will let you on the 2nd June if you are the winner.
Please be aware that some wood will probably need to be replaced, you will definitely need roofing felt and the manpower and means to remove it at an agreed time.
Obviously the Land Rover is not included.

As you know, I will be retiring in July.

Some of my treasured possessions will need to find a new home.

Many of my guests have a piece or two to add to their personal collections.

Over the coming weeks I will feature an item and you are invited to PM me with your highest bit.

The highest bid will win 10% of the value will be donated to this year's charity, Prostate Cancer UK.

The item will need to be paid for 24 hours after bidding has ended and collected on the date agreed.

This week I am offering a rare E Ringuet & Cie water boiler that would very probably be used in a Parisien Cafe during the German occupation of France in the Second World War.

Bidding will end at 17.00 on Tuesday the 26th May.

Good luck
Chris

It is now just over three weeks since our pigeon ( we need to give her a name) built her nest in the Gazebo.
All appears to be well.
I expect it will be another two to three weeks before the chick's hatch, then another few weeks before they fledge.
Thank you for understanding that the Gazebo is not in use for the time being.
