**Thursday 12th November: Steak night at The White Lion**

Choose from rump, sirloin or fillet, or treat yourself to a 500g T-bone or a whopping 1kg tomahawk - suitable for sharing but we won't judge if you want one all to yourself 😋

We'll be serving from 5pm, so come and enjoy a good steak, a glass of red and a cosy evening by the fire.

Tomahawk - £60

Served with a side & sauce of your choice, mushroom, tomato & onion rings.

The steaks are pre-order only, so please book by the 5th November and let us know which you'd like. A £20 deposit is required to reserve a T-bone or tomahawk.

Our new winter menu is officially here!

As well as your White Lion favourites like our homemade faggots and mash, the chefs have also been hard at work creating some exciting new dishes like this slow braised beef cheek and c***r braised pork belly 🤤

We've also worked with Pengethley Farm Shop to create a delicious pork & Butty Bach sausage for our Trio of sausages & mash 😋

Just in time for the cold weather. Come and get cosy by the fire 🔥

We know it's only just October... but judging by the enquiries and bookings coming in, plenty of you are already thinking about Christmas!

Luckily, so are we, and we're happy to say our festive menu is now ready.

Turkey and all the trimmings, slow-cooked beef brisket, cod loin, a vegan festive option and plenty of puds to finish things off. 2 courses for £31.95 or 3 for £39.95.

The b**r fest has been off to a flying start today, and in true British spirit we won't let a bit of rain stop us - the bbq lives on!

Tomorrow we've got more fantastic b**rs from breweries including Sharp's Brewery, Fixed Wheel Brewery, Drink Moor B**r and Wye Valley Brewery, as well as a range of local c***rs including from Lily's and Westons C***r.

Food includes our fabulous roast dinners from 12-3pm and hopefully Paul back in the bbq from 5-7pm.

Excitingly we've also got Jon Spyder-Hale returning on the decks with an afternoon/evening set to round out the evening.
