Our Chicken Piña Colada takes all the components of the classic cocktail and gets them completely mixed up…

🍗 Chicken coated in coconut shavings
🥥 Mascarpone buttercream
🍋‍🟩 Fresh lime zest
🍍 And those unmistakable Piña Colada vibes.
