At The Red Lion we believe great pubs should also do great things. That is why we have teamed up with Gift Trees to help make a positive difference, one meal at a time.

Every Gift Tree donation helps plant fruit trees in communities across Sub Saharan Africa, giving farming families a reliable source of food and income while helping restore healthier landscapes.

When you dine with us, you have the chance to do something good with your visit. An optional £1.23 Gift Tree contribution is added to all food bills over £30 which goes directly towards planting a fruit tree for a family who needs it most.

Each tree is geo tagged and photographed, so you can see exactly where it has been planted and the community you are supporting by navigating to our forest
