Thursday 17th September isn’t just our Charity Quiz Night, it’s Young’s actual anniversary, and we’ve got even more planned to celebrate! ❤️

Throughout the day, we’ll be hiding GOLDEN TICKETS around the pub 👀🎟️ with some rather lovely prizes waiting to be found…

🍅🌶️ THE SEASON OF BLOODY MARYS IS BACK.

Crisp mornings, slower weekends and Sundays spent exactly where they should be, in the pub, preferably with a Bloody Mary in hand.

Ours starts with Absolut Tabasco for that extra kick, paired with the brilliant Pickle House Spiced Tomato Mix, made with their signature pickle juice alongside Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, cayenne, black pepper and celery salt for a rich, savoury and seriously punchy serve.

Spicy. Pickled. Properly satisfying.

And, dare we say it, rather good alongside a roast…

✨ MEET THE TEAM THURSDAY ✨

Meet Tina & Sharon, the dynamic duo who make up a pretty big chunk of our wonderful housekeeping team here at The Bedford Arms. 🧹🛏️❤️

When asked their favourite thing on the menu, there was absolutely no hesitation: a roastie. 🥔 They quite literally count down the days until Sunday so they can get their hands on one during their break… and we can’t say we blame them.

As for their favourite thing about The Bedford Arms? The team. ❤️

Although Tina perhaps summed up her own department best when she very fondly described them as…

“Tina’s Team of Tiny People.” 😂

They might spend much of their time behind the scenes, but Tina, Sharon and the rest of our housekeeping crew are a huge part of what makes The Bedford Arms what it is, keeping our rooms looking beautiful and bringing plenty of laughs along the way.

Arrive, drop the bags and head to the bar for a welcome drink before settling in for dinner, with £30 per person towards the dishes of your choice. Then it’s upstairs to one of our cosy countryside bedrooms, followed by breakfast the next morning.

QUIZ NIGHT COMING TO THE BEDFORD ARMS! 🧠

Put your knowledge to the test on Thursday 17th September, as Dan hosts a special Charity Quiz Night in celebration of Young’s anniversary! 🍻

From 7pm – 9:30pm, gather your team and battle it out for the top spot, all while raising money for Wooden Spoon, the children’s charity of rugby. 🏉💛

🎟️ £20 entry per person, with every penny going directly to charity.

We’ll also be serving up a special value menu, so you can enjoy some delicious food while you put your trivia skills to the test.
