Happy Wednesday you lovely people. What a full weekend we have this week. We have our very own Joel Parkinson on the decks for us on Friday. The lovely Emily Richardson singing our favourite songs on Saturday and then on Sunday we have the 2nd heat of our pub idol competition. Well today’s the first day of the Proper Pubs pub idol. Get those singing voices out because we would love hear them. We are running 4 heats and then a pub final. The winner of the pub final then goes on to the Proper Pubs grand final being held at Spring Gardens in South Shields on the 4th of November. Optional overnight stay and transport provided. Once in a life time chance to win £1000 and a day in the recording studio.

Hey you guys!!!! Tomorrow Sunday the 6th September is the first of our heats for our pub idol. There will be 4 heats and a pub final. Then the winners will be taken to the Grand Final to compete against the other proper pubs finalists. So come along with you singing voices and let’s show Penrith what talent we have on our door step…. Prizes to be won. See you all Sunday.

Hi guys it’s only us here from the pinny what a busy weekend we have for you all. We have Now way sis (oasis tribute) Friday then Saturday we have Shaun’s karaoke and disco. Sunday is the start of our pub idol so come on down and see if your voted to be in with the finalists on Wednesday 4th of November.

The team at The Pinny would like to take the time to thank each and everyone one of the lovely party people who continue to support the pub each and every day/week. I as the licensee love the fact I can be part of the fun times being had by you all. The barmaid Joann and my Partner Chris love every moment of service from when the doors open until they close. And the feed back from you all in person is such a lovely feeling that we as a team are doing something right. The pub is clean and tidy the fridges are stocked the promotions are going well some better than others but we continue to go from strength to strength and that all because of you guys. Just a few memories from the last month to remind us all of some of the good times had. Again thank you.
