New cooking magazine from Ben Racey | Salt. Butter. Smoke. GET AMONGST

Mr Racey was a chef with us for 8 years from 2014 and subsequently joined us for some extra curricular activity in the last few years.

His solo projects continue to grow and develop, now to include a cookery magazine launch this month.

It’s an absolute belter and sits alongside his online tutorials.

You should buy this.

Friday 28th August…. Day of the burger…

Technically every day is a burger day, our classic cheeseburger has been on since day dot. A few different incarnations along the way but still, 100% steak mince patty, green and red stuff, quality cheese and bacon and a brioche bun.

This weekend we’ve added two special burgers to the menu…

Teriyaki glazed duck burger, leeks, pickled cucumber, plum ketchup

Dry age beef cheeseburger, chorizo jam, mature cheddar.

Pick ya fighter!!!!

Our b**r mats have arrived today, with the fundraising links on. We will be placing some at the Peterborough B**rfest later this afternoon if anyone is around, come and say Hi! We will be adding these to the pub on Weds and you might find these in some sympathetic establishments who have offered to help us over the next week or so..

***SUPPER CLUB 9th SEPT*** book now….

It’s time for the autumn edition of the supper club. Wednesday the 9th September, banquet style seating… £55 pp.

We are joined and hosted by Chateau Monichot and Amps W**e Merchants, Oundle | Since 1901 who will once again take us through some amazing w**es accompanied by a 3 course meal in the terrace.

We welcome Sally & Michel as your w**e buffs for the evening.
