***RECRUITING*** Sous Chef – is it you??
Due to a long term team member change, we are looking to fill some very big shoes and need a Sous to join our well established team.
With a current Head Chef and Sous for the last decade, we need someone to carry the team into the next decade…
We are a busy, vibrant and successful 7 day a week, 14 service restaurant catering for some 1000 covers low season and 1500 high season.
Offering lunch & dinner across the week, we pride ourselves on quality fresh ingredients, a seasonally changing menu, food cooked to order
with passion, creativity and authenticity at our core.
As a business in our 12th year, we remain relevant, busy and draw new custom every week.
The job requires someone with drive and enthusiasm, relevant restaurant, gastropub, hotel background with an ability to lead from the front,
create and evolve menu ideas, implement operational, logistical and creative activity to assist in streamlining the business and nurturing the team.
