Last weekend on the menu for the Mumbai Madness pizza before Chef jake changes the black board for August…

If you haven’t tried it yet, its a rich dahl base, melty mozzarella, chicken tikka, fresh coriander, cooling mint yoghurt, brinjal chutney and crispy onion bhajis for the win!

One seriously good pizza. And a tad confusing when you walk into the pizzeria when one’s cooking. Cos all you can smell is the delicious curry aroma! 😂

The Firkin brewpub chain was a prominent feature of the beer scene in the1980s and 1990s. Each of the pubs had their own brew kit, and the most infamous brew was Dogbolter Porter. Eddie Gadd was one of the brewers in the Firkin (Bruce's) chain and he has continued to brew it at GADDS' Ramsgate Brewery It doesn't usually find its way out of Kent, but we got hold of a cask (plus a couple of other Gadds' casks) and it is on from tomorrow!
