The Black Lion The Black Lion, in Oswestry is a friendly local. It is a free house, known for good beer, good company and great customer service.

The friendly and relaxed atmosphere of this pub lends itself well to the pastime of enjoying a well kept pint. With its low beamed celling and traditional snug, the original character remains the charm of this historic local. The central bar divides the pub from the lounge at the front and the public bar games area at the rear. New and enthusiastic management took over in March 2013.
