Soup is back on the menu and this weeks soup is the scrummy Mulligatawny. A hearty lightly curried spiced soup with rice, chickpeas, carrots and peas served with a toasty nann bread 😋

We’ve got sweet potatoes in the oven today and they’re so tasty and so so good for you. Add some cottage cheese thigh in protein great for muscle repair and recovery with a little bit of crunchy coleslaw for texture and that creamy balance and it’s a lunch time banger 😋🍠🥔

The humble potato brings on a whole new meaning when baked in the oven. Soft fluffy centre crispy skin and topped with your favourite filling classic beans and cheese, tuna mayo or spice it up with bean chilli, chilli con carne or chicken curry add an extra crunch or sauce and you just can’t go wrong 🍠🥔😃😋
