What's on this month at The Bell and Bear Emberton, here are the highlights for November.

Friday 6th, live music from Rob 'LeTash' Bartlett, playing here for the very first time. Wednesday 18th, open mic night. Thursday 19th, book club. And rounding off the month, Thursday 26th, quiz night.

On top of all that, food trucks and The Village Kitchen keep us fed throughout November, with Sunday lunch on the 8th and 22nd. Tables are limited, so book yours today.

Come and join us for whatever takes your fancy.

A huge thank you to everyone that joined us for Trunk or Treat on Saturday.

To everyone that transformed their cars into something spooky, thank you. The effort, imagination and costumes were fantastic, and you made the evening what it was. And to everyone that came along to collect sweets, thank you for joining in the Halloween fun.

We loved seeing so many of you in the car park, and we're already looking forward to next year.

Happy Halloween. Fright Night Feasts from The Village Kitchen are on today from 4pm.

Trunk or Treat isn't just for the little ones. The Village Kitchen will be serving their spooky Fright Night Feasts for everyone, so come hungry and join in the Halloween fun.

Trunk or Treat itself kicks off at 5pm. Tickets are £5 per child, available behind the bar, and include a "Witches' Severed Fingers" hot dog and a Fruit Shoot.

Pizza night. The Little Oven of Joy are with us tonight from 5pm, serving wood fired pizza with a range of locally sourced toppings, straight from the oven.

And tomorrow is the big one. Trunk or Treat and The Village Kitchen's Fright Night Feasts are with us on Saturday 31st.

Howes Fish & Chips are with us tonight from 6pm. Freshly cooked fish and chips with a golden, crispy batter, plus a selection of other classics, perfect for a pre-quiz dinner.

Then it's our Pub Quiz from 7:30pm. Round up your team, with a maximum of 6 per team, and come and test your knowledge.

Pizza by The Little Oven of Joy is with us tomorrow, Friday 30th.

Thursday 29th, it's Quiz Night from 7pm, just £5 per team with a maximum of 6 per team. Howes Fish & Chips are also with us from 6pm, so you can fuel up before the questions start.

Friday 30th, The Little Oven of Joy are serving pizza from 5pm.

And on Saturday 31st, it's Trunk or Treat from 5pm. Tickets are £5 per child, available behind the bar, and include a hot dog and a Fruit Shoot. The Village Kitchen will be serving their Fright Night Feasts for everyone from 4pm.

Sizzlers Steak Night is back by popular demand, and it's on today from 5pm.

Steak cooked fresh by Sizzlers, a Bell and Bear favourite. Grab a table, add a pint or a glass from the bar and make a night of it.

Open Mic Night is on tonight from 7pm, hosted by Simon T.

Whether you perform, sing along, or just fancy a midweek pint with live music, everyone is welcome. Our Open Mic attracts all kinds of talented artists, from singers and musicians to poets and comedians, so you never quite know what you'll get.
