People keep asking why I use a meat slicer instead of a carving knife…

Simple really.

The last thing Sawley needs on a Sunday is me being trusted with sharp objects. 🤣

So while sensible people carve their meat with a knife, I’m over here doing it the Sarah way.

The good news?
The beef’s beautiful.
The portions are massive.
The gravy is to die for
