First we had Manchester Madness. Then the Sequel took us to Super Sheffield. But for The Third installment of our Jolly Junction on Tour outings we are keeping things a bit more local!

November 7th we are doing it again - Heanor, Loscoe, Eastwood & Kimberley get ready 😀🤪

It's B**r Festival Trade Day Part 2 on Wednesday!!

Derby Heritage B**r Festival Trade Day Event is this Wednesday 14th October at the New Market Hall.

Trade Day session runs 2pm until 5pm with entrance into the evening session included should we so desire.

Junction will be open at 12pm for Pre Fest Drinks. Train for Deby leaves at 12.58.

The Brunswick and The Alexandra Hotel seem very conveniently placed in between the train station and the new market hall. Ti's very rude to walk past a pub! Just sayin' 😀🤪

Here's something to help put a smile on your face on a Monday Morning!

Its a little story about how awesome our Sawley Community is!

On Saturday afternoon a lady came into the pub. She said She had a "Poorly Gnome" 😪 and wondered if we could help at all?

So we got out The Gnome Phone and made the call!

Gnome Mans Land Sawley what an amazing job. We love you guys. 🫶🫶🫶🫶

MEET ARTHUR – A VERY SPECIAL GUEST AT THE GNOME MANS LANDS LUXURY SPA.

Well, we've had some unusual requests at Gnome-Man's Land, but this one really made us smile!

A lovely little lady recently marched into the Sawley Junction pub wanting to know where the Gnome Hospital was! She had a poorly looking gnome who desperately needed some TLC, but she wasn't quite ready to part with him.

And when we heard his story, we understood why!

Meet Arthur. He's been with his lovely owner for an incredible 40 YEARS! He's survived three house moves, and she still talks to him every single day.

Now that's not just a garden gnome, that's part of the family!

So, rather than Arthur moving permanently to our island, we offered him a little all-inclusive stay at the Gnome-Man's Land luxury spa 😆

A bit of pampering, a fresh coat of paint and a full makeover later, Arthur is looking rather handsome again! We reckon he's knocked about 30 years off himself!

And the best bit? Arthur is going back home to the lady who loves him. ❤️

We really hope she's pleased with his transformation.

Because Gnome-Man's Land isn't just about putting gnomes on an island. It's about kindness, helping each other, bringing our community together and making people smile.

Sometimes the smallest gestures mean the most. ❤️

Arthur, your discharge papers are ready, young man!

NOTTINGHAM B**R FEST TRADE DAY!!

For those of you coming on the Junction Jolly over to Trent Bridge for the Nottingham CAMRA B**r Festival Trade Day event -

Pub will be open at 11am tomorrow for Pre Fest Pints. Aiming to be on the 11.56am train into Nottingham.

We will be getting Trade Day Tickets for both so if anyone is interested then shout up.

Nottingham Camra B**r Festival Wednesday 7th Oct 1pm til 7pm - Meet at Junction at 11am quick pint then train into Nottingham.

Derby Camra B**r Festival Wednesday 14th October 2pm til 5pm - Meet at Junction at 12pm then train into Derby.

Oktoberfest has been Cranked up to the Max!!!

Ceremonial Tapping of the Barrel takes place at 7pm this evening.
