Enjoy a gentle flow yoga Hatha yoga class in the beautiful surroundings of The Bush beer garden.

We will enjoy an hour of movement while connecting with our breath amongst the soothing sound of the breeze through the willow trees.

Should the weather turn on us 🌧️ the class may be rescheduled.

FAQs

Is there parking: Yes but space is limited.

Do I need to book: No you can turn up and pay on arrival.

How much is it? £10 adult, £7 for teens (age 13-17) You can pay cash or card.

Can my children stay and watch? No I’m afraid no children can be in the garden or outside the pub while we practice.

What do I need to bring? Just a yoga mat, a blanket for the resting savasana and a bottle of water.

Do I need to be experienced? No. I will guide you through each of the poses. You do not need to be flexible! A bit of mobility would help though such as being able to get up from the floor.

Carly is a 200Hr trained Hatha yoga instructor.

Date for your diary! To celebrate Carly & Paul’s 1 year anniversary at The Bush we are holding our first beer festival! 7-9 August. 20 local real ales, local craft beers and delicious food served by the amazing BUN X at Micawbers! Plus live music to enjoy in our amazing riverside beer garden!
