England v Argentina this Wednesday 8pm ko
We're NOT taking bookings for this Wednesdays match..it got a bit stressful for us at the weekend with people not turning up till late and others moving reserved tables.......so.....
The first two rows are booked out and reserved for our locals who watch Footie with us all year round...the next three rows and side tables are available on a first come, first served basis....if you get here by 6pm we reckon you'll be guaranteed the better seats, but reckon they'll all be gone by 7ish....
While you're waiting we have a full menu available and we've got our 2 pints for a tenner deal on from 6pm for Cruz, Amstel, Moretti, Carling and Inches.....

Assuming the Mexico England match is moved back to 7pm Sunday, then WE WILL BE SHOWING IT in the Rivergarden Outside Marquee Stadium.
As you know, The Rivergarden is THE pub to watch the game...it's been a great atmosphere...plus we've got deals like 2 pints for a tenner for Cruz, Morretti, Inches and Amstel....even 2 pints for £9 for Fosters and John Smiths.
We're operating on bookings only, first come, first served, all you have to do is RING US on 01603 438844 and we'll book you in.
Please note there's no food on other than crisps nuts etc.....

England v Mexico early Monday Morning!

We're NOT showing the match this time, as we can't use the garden Marquees out of respect for our neighbours!
It is on on the Bar, but only to selected locals by invite only!

So enjoy the game wherever you see it, and we hope to welcome you back to The Rivergarden Outdoor Sports Arena for Englands next match which WILL be Brazil v England, Saturday 11th at 10pm fingers crossed!

So here we go with World Cup 2026...watch it live at The The Rivergarden Bar and Kitchen
We've got BIG screens in our bar and outside Marquee, which has got lots of bench seating and drinking tables!
We'll have Hot Dogs and Nacho Grande available, even later after our normal food service, plus 4 pint jugs at £20 - pick from Birra Moretti, Cruzcampo, Amstel, Fosters, John Smiths, Inches Cider or any Real Ales!!
Each day we'll be posting the matches we're showing - any late night games that will be screened are in the Bar only, out of respect for our neighbours!

So Thursday 11th, we'll be showing the Opening Ceremony from 6.30pm and then its Mexico v South Africa from 8pm!!

It's worth watching this willow tree in our garden....we've got a flock of parrots using the feeders! Plus ducks, geese and swans....they're on the water, not in the tree!! Come and sit in our beautiful waterside beer garden this weekend with a chilled drink, eat al fresco from our great menu, and watch the world go by!! Perfect!!

Watch the Cup Final live this Saturday at The Rivergarden Bar and Kitchen Choice of huge screens, one in the Bar, the other in our Marquee with covered seating and drinking tables for 48.
