An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Bob Carter Centre for an experienced, customer focussed, Kitchen Supervisor to assume responsibility for producing outstanding quality food from our newly refurbished kitchen, develop our menu and build on our existing customer base. The role will entail managing the kitchen team, food preparation, meeting regulatory requirements, stock control and customer service
The role will include weekend and evening shifts, as required with hours to be agreed. The Bob Carter Centre is currently open 10-10 Monday to Saturday and 10-6 on Sunday.

Wishing all our staff and customers a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

We are open today, then closed on Christmas day. We re-open at 12 on Boxing day, and open as normal through to New Years Day. We will re-open for 2023 on the 2nd of January. Our kitchen is closed throughout this period.
