👀 THIS WEEKEND at The Globe, Shotesham.

FRIDAY 5th JUNE - First Friday of the month can only mean one thing… Dirty Fryer Boys rocking up at The Globe 5-8pm and filling your bellies with their unbelievably good burgers and loaded fries … look at the new dish ‘The Cheese on Chilli Mountain’ 🌶 🤤

SATURDAY 6th JUNE - ROOST rotisserie chicken return due to popular demand and spinning from 1pm - 7pm. Grab a leisurely lunch to enjoy in our pub garden.

SUNDAY 7th JUNE - Ploughman’s lunch served from the pub from 12-5pm. We are taking a break from our roast service over the summer months and instead you can enjoy a traditional pub platter with your favourite drink. (Roasts returning in September - more on that to follow).

We took our team out last night to thank them for all their hard work helping us get our time at The Globe off to a flying start since we opened 7 months ago. What a great bunch of people we have working with us here and we hope our customers think so too 🥰 Big thanks to Sophie, Oli and the staff at Benoli Restaurant for the absolutely fantastic food, drink and service, we were all blown away by the superb hospitality xx

The Bank Holiday weekend may be coming to an end but we carry on the fun at The Globe into this week with Morris dancers Kemp's Men of Norwich and BBQ on Wednesday and QUIZ on Thursday. We hope that everyone has had a great weekend in the sun and thanks to those of you that came to see us and hope to see lots of you later this week.

BANK HOLIDAY weekend again!! 🤪 and we’ve got more treats for you to enjoy in the sunshine ☀️ ☀️

FRIDAY 22nd MAY - The Hen House Kitchen serving 5-8pm. Crispy fried chicken burgers and loaded fries, come and get your Friday night fix 🍗 🍺

SATURDAY 23rd MAY - Roost rotisserie spinning from 1-7pm … extended hours to make the most of the heatwave 🔥 .

Our chilled Saturday afternoons at the pub are becoming really popular so come early to get a table. Garden bar will be open with the Jubel peach, Cruzcampo and Lilley’s rhubarb cider.

SUNDAY 24th MAY - we keep going 😅 and Ben will be BBQ’ing foot-long hotdogs from midday. Jumbo butchers sausages from Frank Spurgeons Brooke, served in a crisp baguette with fried onions and all the sauces.

MONDAY 25th MAY - PUB CLOSED (we’re having a day off to spend time with family 🥰)

BURRITOS & BBQ this weekend at The Globe 🌯 🔥

FRIDAY 15th MAY Surfing Sombrero bringing their California style burritos 5-8pm … beef, chicken, halloumi or falafel wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla brimming with cheese, salsa, sauce and fries 🤤 don’t let the weather forecast put you off! Bring your food into the pub and enjoy with a drink 🍻

SATURDAY 16th MAY The Backyard Bunch BBQ will be serving this Saturday afternoon 1-5pm. It might be the only bit of sunshine we see over the weekend so make the most of it and come and sit in our garden with some freshly BBQ’d food and a drink. Outdoor games for the family and our new garden bar stocked up and ready to go.

THIS WEEKEND at The Globe it’s all about the ZZZZZ’s 😎 bringing you two lots of Zaks.

FRIDAY 8th MAY 5-8pm Zaket Potato - Zak will be serving up his famous spuds loaded to the brim with delicious toppings for your Friday night treat. A debut for this truck at the pub so please show your support 🙌

SATURDAY 9th MAY 1-5pm - Zaks on the Road Norfolk return for another chilled afternoon in the garden with their superb burgers, fries and sides ☀️ we can’t wait !!

Wowee aren’t we lucky to have all these brilliant food options to be able to offer you week after week, with loads more to come over the summer… so bring the family along and enjoy the weekend with friends, neighbours, good food and drink 🍻 🍔 🥔 🍷
