What a way to celebrate our first birthday last night! ❤️

Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a lovely evening.

It was a genuinely lush night, full of lovely people, and a perfect reminder of why we opened Aperture in the first place.

This year has absolutely flown by, but at the same time, it feels like we’ve been part of this community for years. You’ve all been so welcoming and supportive from day one, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of people to have as customers.

Thank you for supporting the bar, for making the long days and weeks feel worthwhile, and for being such a lovely bunch of people to serve, chat with and get to know.

A special thank you, too, to everyone who brought cards and gifts. I will be spending the next few days making myself sick on chocolates and doughnuts whilst building my Lego camera at the earliest possible opportunity. 😂

Thanks again for making our first year so special. Here's to many more years of good b**r, good people and good times. 🍻
