HE’S BACK 🍷 🍷 🍷

Storyteller, w**e man and our favourite Sicilian, Corrado Maurigi returns to St. Vincent on Thursday 1st October and to say we’re excited would be an understatement.

Anyone who joined us last time will know exactly why we’ve wanted him back.

Corrado will be bringing five w**es from Tasca d’Almerita and doing what he does best, sharing the stories, people and places behind them.

We’ll of course be cooking something to go alongside.

A really light Pinot with lovely concentration from younger vines. Fresh, bright and exactly the sort of red that sits perfectly with seafood.

This week it’s Nuage Rouge 2024 from Domaine 7.

Made by Abel Benmaamar in Anjou, this is Cabernet Franc with a lighter touch. Fresh, bright and very drinkable, it’s exactly the sort of red Matt likes to have open at the bar.

On by the glass all evening and from 12 noon Saturday.
