We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join our team.

Open mid-July we are now looking to strengthen the team.

If you enjoy preparing locally sourced fresh produce, creating delicious dishes, whilst working within a friendly and fun team environment get in touch.

Welcome to the new Instagram and page for the all new Waggon at Halam.

Leroy and I are absolutely chuffed to be starting this new and very exciting journey in such a beautiful village and the surrounding area of Southwell.

On Monday the works start on a 3-week refurbishment both front and back of house, once complete it will then be time to get setup and commence staff training with our plan to open mid-July.

We cannot wait to meet the villagers of Halam and welcome them all back into their beautiful village pub.

For now, spread the word folks and look out for lots more updates to follow.
