ONE YEAR. ONE NIGHT. OUR FAVOURITE MENU. 🎉

On Wednesday 18th June, we’re celebrating our first year open with a special tasting menu featuring some of our favourite dishes alongside the ones you’ve loved most over the last 12 months.

Throughout the evening, we’ll be sharing some of the stories behind the dishes, memorable moments from our first year, and a few secrets from the kitchen that we’ve never told before.

Whether you’ve joined us for one visit or have been with us since day one, we’d love for you to celebrate with us.

👽 6th & 14th August — Immersive Alien Planet Experience (£40)
Our boldest concept yet… so ambitious we had to do TWO nights.
We are transporting you to another world with completely immersive storytelling, alien food, themed drinks, and an entirely new culture to experience 🌌

Shillings turns 1 this weekend! We have a lot planned ready for a whole new menu coming next Wednesday. More on that this weekend! Keep an eye out for a post this weekend where we will announce everything new!
We have breakfast baps from 9:30 for £2 too!

It’s our birthday this coming weekend! We have lots of new stuff coming! We have a new menu, live music from and ! All of our drinks are discounted, there are competitions with prizes to be one, and if you come in over the weekend you will get first chance to book one of our next 4 events!
On Sunday, the day of the Raft Race in Menai Bridge, if you fancy a cheap breakfast come by between 9:30 and 10:30 and pick up a breakfast bap for £2.

Thank you to everyone who came this weekend to any of our events!
We did our second taster menu on Friday that we think went down amazing! It was our best special evening yet and was a very personal and relaxed evening. We had martinis out of syringes, rations from mess tins, and Zebra kebabs among so much more!
On Sunday we had our Shillings Showdown and we had Lou Lagoon host it. The day was fantastic and we look forward to doing more of both of these. We will announce our third taster menu soon, along with another showdown hosted by Lou Lagoon once again!
Thank you to Georgie for the fantastic work she done on curating a cocktail matched menu for our film night, along with being a fabulous assistant on Sunday as F***y the Frog!
Thank you to Amy and Jaz who served and made everyone feel comfortable across the weekend!
