FRESH POUR FRIDAY 🍻

MELTON-ON-SEA // Oyster Stout 4.5%

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Colchester Oyster Fishery Ltd. Fresh oysters collected on brew day from Mersea Island were rushed back to the brewery for adding to the kettle at the end of boil.

This silky-smooth stout pours deep black with ruby highlights, roasted malts bringing notes of coffee and dark chocolate. A subtle briny edge complements the rich, velvety body, while gentle hop bitterness keeps the finish balanced. One to savour by the fire.
