Our much loved neighbour Rhodri is competing in a tri athalon today so in honour of that amazing feat we have an amazing sunday triathalon feast. Lets RUN through what we have. First up our delicious chicken liver parfait with red onion jam and brioche. Follow that with one of our amazing roasts which will be SWIMMING in gravy then head to the finish line with a lemon posset. Im trying to fit cycle in? Any suggestions please comment.
