The Royal Oak Inn still retains its wonderful cosy and traditional country pub atmosphere, and is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty just two miles from the Georgian market town of Louth, the Splash is approached through a shallow ford in the village of Little Cawthorpe on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and is one of the most picturesque villages in Lincolnshire.

🎄✨ WE’RE SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE TWO WREATH-MAKING DATES THIS YEAR! ✨🎄
Christmas is coming, and what better way to get into the festive spirit than with a cosy evening of wreath making, festive treats and a little bit of Christmas magic! ❤️🎄
We have TWO completely different workshops for you to choose from:
📅 Wednesday 19th November�🌿 WORKSHOP ONE – CREATE YOUR WREATH FROM SCRATCH
This one is for those who want to get stuck in and learn how to create their wreath from the very beginning.
You’ll build your own wreath from scratch using beautiful foliage and greenery. 🌿
We know lots of you love the simple, rustic look with just the beautiful natural foliage, so this is the perfect workshop if that’s your style.
There is a little more work involved, but you’ll finish the evening with a gorgeous, completely handmade wreath that you’ve created yourself. 🤎
📅 Wednesday 26th November�🎀 WORKSHOP TWO – THE PRETTY PART!
Don’t fancy getting messy? 😂🌿�Just want to enjoy the fun part of decorating?
Then this one is for you!
Poppy will have your wreath already made and ready to decorate, so you can come along, get creative and simply enjoy choosing all the pretty bits to make your wreath your own. 🎀✨
Perfect for anyone who wants a relaxed, festive evening without the mess!
☕️ Both workshops are £35 per person, which includes a delicious festive bun and a hot drink.
Arrive at 6.30pm to enjoy your bun and drink, then at 7pm Poppy will start the workshop.

🍕 A LITTLE UPDATE ON OUR PIZZAS 🍕
Because our pizza dough is made fresh in-house, we’re making a little change to when we serve our pizzas.
From now on, pizzas will be available:
🍕 Friday — lunch & evening
🍕 Saturday — lunch & evening
🍕 Sunday — evening
As our dough is made fresh and every week is so different, we never quite know how many pizzas we’ll sell — it could be 50 one week or 150 the next! 😂
So if you’re booking a table and you’re thinking PIZZA, we highly recommend pre-ordering your dough so we can make sure we have one ready for you. ❤️
