Louth Town CAMRA pub of the year 2024!! The oldest pub in Louth serving traditional home cooked food!

Our comfortable bar is the ideal place to enjoy a selection of cask ales, craft beers, lagers and continental bottle beer for something a little bit different. We sell a wide range of wines, prosecco and champaign available by the bottle or glass so for that special occasion give us a call. We also have a relaxing lounge to the rear of the pub where you can enjoy a drink, a bite to eat or just relax with friends. All our meals are homemade and locally sourced where possible. We have a wide range of dishes from traditional pub food, Sunday roasts and a Specials Board. You can also enjoy al-fresco drinking and dining in our large South facing beer garden, a perfect sun trap. The Ye Olde Whyte Swanne is known for being the oldest pub in Louth, established in 1612 and there are rumours that the pub may well be haunted!

We’re excited to announce that we’ll finally be giving our pub toilets a much-needed makeover!

Its about time, isnt it 😅

We’re always looking for ways to improve the Swanne and make it an even better place for you all to enjoy, and this is the next step!

We’ll keep you updated as things get underway, so watch this space! 👀
