We’ve got a stunning new Thornbridge Brewery x Brasserie de la Senne and Garrett Oliver beer pouring from our taps, Made glorious summer.

Brewed on our historic Burton Union system this special pale ale is brewed with African Fonio grain and continental pilsner malt, with oats and unmalted wheat for a classic Belgian touch!

And whats even better is we have cans in the fridge so you can take it home with you!

One of our favourite wines here at The Wild Swan is this sumptuous Albariño from the famous “Rías Baixas” area of Northern Spain. Fresh and aromatic, this wine flaunts flavours of white fruits streaked with salty mineral notes. We would recommend pairing it with our Napoli pizza or our Blue cheese and Walnut salad to really experience its complexity.

A very warm welcome to this beauty. Tart is our brand new sour made with galaxy hops with notes of grapefruit and lemon sherbet (for those that know). Needless to say, this sour beer is tantalisingly tasty. Come and say hello at 99 Fetter Lane, Holborn. 🍻

Using barrels that previously housed Mezcal, this sensational version of Necessary Evil still holds the complex nature of its predecessors. A truly tasty imperial stout that we serve in thirds, halves and two thirds measures. What are you waiting for? See you here at The Wild Swan soon!

Our latest edition! The heatwave is over. However that thirst still needs to be quenched right? We have a beautifully fresh rhubarb, elderberry and nettle gose, courtesy of our friends at Farm Yard Brew Co and E A R T H A L E. It’s always 5 o clock somewhere hey 😉

Can we please give brandy the love it deserves?! These two stunning varieties created by Seven Tails Brandy can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a mixer. On the left is the world’s first spiced brandy which is aged in oak for at least 12 months and infused with coffee, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. Then on the right is their flagship XO expression is a highly decorated, 93-point blend of Cognac, Armagnac, and French brandy aged between 3 and 30 years, finished in Port casks to deliver tasting notes of toasted vanilla, pecan pie, and dried fig. So come and indulge yourselves here at The Wild Swan 🦢

The former is a collaboration with our old friend Garrett Oliver using a centuries old wood-barrelled fermentation system that demonstrates our passion for making premium beer. The fruity undertones make it perfect for this weather! ☀️
