Chicken katsu pizza and a cheeky half of Czech mates is on the menu for today!

Our hand made chicken katsu pizza on a bechamel base does raise an eyebrow here and there, but we’re confident that when you try it you’ll realise why its on the menu! 🐓🍛

For one keg only we’ve got the delicious Czech mates on tap, a collaboration between ourselves and Budvar using traditional Czech brewing methods and british hops and malts this isn’t one to miss! 🍻

With the rain coming down in London we’ve got yet another beautiful dark guest b**r on this week to cheer you up and it’s one from the amazing RedWillow Brewery

The Amarillo Porter is exactly what the name suggests. The single hopped Amarillo brings a lovely orange flavour out to the otherwise roasty chocolate malts that hit you initially.

Over here at The Wild Swan we’ve been loving the pale ales over summer but as the rain finally comes back we’ve got some guest dark b**rs lined up. First out of the gates is with their Oatmeal stout!

Hopped with Phoenix and packed with chocolate, Munich and crystal malts it delivers a roasty hit on the nose, followed by a smooth creamy mouthfeel, leading into a powerful cocoa and coffee hit finishing dryly with notes of liquorice lingering.

We’ve got a stunning new Thornbridge Brewery x Brasserie de la Senne and Garrett Oliver b**r pouring from our taps, Made glorious summer.

Brewed on our historic Burton Union system this special pale ale is brewed with African Fonio grain and continental pilsner malt, with oats and unmalted wheat for a classic Belgian touch!

And whats even better is we have cans in the fridge so you can take it home with you!

One of our favourite w**es here at The Wild Swan is this sumptuous Albariño from the famous “Rías Baixas” area of Northern Spain. Fresh and aromatic, this w**e flaunts flavours of white fruits streaked with salty mineral notes. We would recommend pairing it with our Napoli pizza or our Blue cheese and Walnut salad to really experience its complexity. **e **e **r
