Here what I promise to you yesterday!

Almost 🚨70% team managers🚨rate themselves as a good manager which is a really good average.

But what about the people that they are managing?

The same study asks the managers and the people managed, guess how many managed people rate their manager as a good manager?

Only 35%!! 🚨🚨🚨
