YES, IT’S BBQ TIME @ LEVAN
What’s cooking? Well, chef Ranieri Raimondi has rustled up an irresistible menu. Available Sunday 23rd August, from 12-3pm. We are prioritising guests who have booked a table, but we will take walkins (if there is space).
We will also be doing a “sensible” amount of take away for those wanting to grab something delicious off the BBQ and head to the Rye for a picnic. For take away customers, we will be operating this outside Levan, near the BBQ.

Summer BBQ Menu*
* Squid and harissa bun, saffron aioli, mint salad
* Lamb arrosticini, chilli & cumin
* Barbecue oyster, chicken fat, jerk seasoning
* Gambas, corn and chorizo
* Smoked pork neck, fennel and sauce verte focaccia
* Grilled clams, borlotti and sauce Bierce
* Sardinian suckling pig, juniper and rosemary
* Potatoes in ashes, very good butter
* Grilled chanterelle, salted lemon, parsley
* Beef brisket bun, sauce au poivre vert
*some dishes are subject to change/ availability . Please note, this is the only menu we are serving on 23rd August. No Bavette and Mussels. They will be back on 30th August.
