Rooibos grows wild across the Western Cape. Amarula comes from the marula fruit. Klipdrift has been South Africa's brandy since 1938.

Every Season is Braai Season 🔥

Certainly a much-loved, humble and unifying staple, our Braai Boards are overseen by some of the best chefs in town, so there is very little chance of anything being cooked to anything but perfection. The sizzling and smoky selection of meats are accompanied by a smoking beef fat candle for dipping, all of which can be perfectly paired with a wide selection of wine.

After a proper South African welcome from our team, the Biltong Trolley rolls in - a roving cart laden with whole slabs of cured biltong, carved tableside by a leather-aproned Biltong Curator. As they slice, they share the craft behind each cut, from the lean and spicy to the richly marbled. Biltong is a treasured part of South African culinary heritage, traditionally made by curing meat with salt, air-drying it, and slicing it into thick strips.

Tuck into exotic meats like Zebra Droëwors, Wagyu Stokkies, or your choice of Beef, Chilli or Chutney Biltong.
