Our involvement in some of the world’s largest events has allowed us to build up a unique knowledge of event logistics and services. This has in turn enabled us to execute mobile bar services at the most premium level. We like to think that we provide our customers with unforgettable experiences. LiquidChefs, a dynamic company specialising in creating unforgettable experiences, is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our energetic team.

➡️ About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the coordination of our event teams across large-scale projects. As Staffing Coordinator, you will help manage staff travel, accommodation and movements, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

➡️ Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating staff schedules and event movements
Managing staff travel, flights and airport transfers
Organising accommodation and rooming lists
Working with staffing agencies and internal teams
Supporting staff welfare during events

➡️ What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing large volumes of logistics and schedules
Computer literate with experience using Google Workspace
A strong communicator who works well with teams and suppliers
Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
Flexible to travel and support events when required

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Supporting the sales team with proposals, quotes, and client presentations.

🍻 We're drinking local this WEF. You should too! 🍻

is a Davos local brewery based in the mountain village of Monstein. The Monstein beer specialties are brewed from crystal clear spring water, Swiss hops and local mountain barley malt from Gran Alpin.

Founded in 2000 by a former lawyer and hotelier, today they produce over 300,000 litres of beer and create seasonal beers with local seasonal produce. Bottles are washed and reused and the labels are designed by a local artist🍺

What more could you ask for? Monstein brews delicious beer that's good for the planet and the community! 🍻
