Meet Alex — our founder, owner and the person both behind the scenes and front of house at London Collins.
With a background in Mixology and 5-star hotel service, Alex brings a blend of precision, passion and personal touch to every single event.

He is the casually cool, endlessly approachable guy you will see shaking cocktails, briefing the team, fixing last-minute details and making sure your event runs seamlessly.
No clipboard, no ego — just genuine care and flawless delivery every time.

We would not be where we are today, with 600+ incredible events under our belt - without him leading the way.

PS: He didn’t ask us to do this post. He doesn’t even know we are doing it. 😅

This was the furthest we’ve ever travelled for a wedding and it was so worth it!
It was the fourth wedding we’ve done for this lovely group of friends, and we feel genuinely honoured every time they recommend us.
