Pasta Diaries Episode 2: Asparagus Bigoli ๐Ÿ

This week, weโ€™re shining a spotlight on bigoli, a traditional pasta from Northern Italy.

Unlike traditional spaghetti, this pasta is thicker, meaning every strand holds onto more of the silky asparagus sauce.

Itโ€™s light enough for summer and comforting enough to satisfy every pasta craving. It is truly a plate that celebrates the best of the season and one of our favourite ways to enjoy asparagus this summer.
