Guests of Clarette are able to enjoy old favourites, or discover new grape types, wine regions and styles, with a selection available by the glass. A table set for lunch, a comforting plate of Sauté de Veau Marengo, and a and a wine worth lingering over.

Tender veal with white wine, tomato, button mushrooms and bell pepper rice pilaf, paired with the 2024 Corvina/Rondinella, Sincero, Rosso Verona - an easy-drinking Italian red with bright fruit and a soft, savoury character.

Available à la carte or as part of our Prix Fixe Lunch Menu.

Our regular opening hours are back, with lunch served Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm–2:45pm. We look forward to welcoming you.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays
No lunch service 11th–12th · 18th–19th · 25th–26th

Instead, we’ll be opening from 4pm, with drinks and snacks until 5:30pm, followed by our regular à la carte menu from 5:30pm to enjoy those long August evenings.

World Albariño Day calls for something truly refreshing.

We're celebrating across Friday 31 July and Saturday 1 August with 2023 Albariño, Viña Caeira, Rías Baixas - a vibrant expression of Galicia's Atlantic coastline, available by the glass for £13.

Expect aromas of white peach, nectarine, and fresh lime, layered with delicate white blossom and a hint of sea-breeze minerality. On the palate, crisp citrus, orchard fruit and a subtle saline finish are lifted by vibrant acidity and a gentle creaminess from four months on fine lees. Bright, expressive and effortlessly elegant, it's the kind of wine that shines on warm summer days.
