🐾 Paws at the Pub Tuesday 🐾

Meet Bob ❤️

Bob is a beautiful Dogue de Bordeaux and one of our much-loved furry regulars here at The Richmond.

At around 2–3 years old, Bob might look a little intimidating at first glance, but don’t let his size fool you — he’s one of the sweetest, softest, most laid-back dogs you’ll ever meet 🥰

All it takes is one look into those gorgeous eyes and you’ll find yourself giving him a fuss. Before you know it, he’s rolled straight onto his back, demanding belly rubs 🤣

And if you dare stop? Expect a gentle nudge from one of his massive paws to remind you your job isn’t finished yet! 🐾❤️

Bob loves nothing more than chilling out, making friends, collecting belly rubs, and being the lovable slobber monster that he is 😆

We’re completely smitten with him here at The Richmond and it’s always a pleasure when he comes to visit.

What a fantastic day we’ve had at our car boot sale here at The Richmond!

It was genuinely lovely to see everyone coming together, bagging some great bargains, giving pre-loved items a new home, and making a bit of extra cash along the way. Even better, so many people have cleared out a bit of space at home too (always a bonus after a good sort-out!).

The best part though was the atmosphere — so much chatting, laughing, and people just enjoying being part of the same community. There was such a friendly, welcoming vibe all day, and it was brilliant to hear everyone getting on so well and supporting each other.

This is exactly what we hoped it would be about.

Once the word really gets around, we know it’s only going to grow from here — so keep sharing, telling your friends, and helping us spread the word so even more people can enjoy the next one.

Here’s to the next car boot already! 🩷

🚗☀️ WHAT A DAY! ☀️🚗

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to today’s Car Boot Sale – whether you were selling, shopping, or just popping in for a breakfast and a brew. The atmosphere was fantastic and it was great to see so many people supporting our local community.

The good news is… we’re doing it all again! 🎉

From now on, our Car Boot Sales will take place on the 3rd Sunday of every month, with the next one being:

If you’d like to book a pitch, simply pop into the pub to reserve your space and collect your ticket.
