Join us at The Wishful Thinker on Thursday 8th October, from 8pm to 10pm, for an evening with the award-winning Carey Marx, one of the UK’s most original and respected stand-up comedians.

A favourite on the British comedy circuit, Carey is renowned for his unique blend of dark humour, mischievous storytelling and razor-sharp wit. His brilliantly crafted material has made him a regular headliner at the country’s top comedy clubs and festivals around the world. He is also the writer and star of the BBC Radio 4 comedy Intensive Carey, adapted from his acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe show.

We’re delighted to be supporting Lenham Nursery School with a fantastic Sporting Charity Quiz Night at The Wishful Thinker in Lenham, Maidstone! ⚽️

We’re helping to raise much-needed funds for the nursery, with an evening packed with football legends, including Paul Merson and Perry Groves (Arsenal) and Gary Mabbutt and Micky Hazard (Spurs).

There’ll be a live Q&A with the legends, football quiz, raffle and silent auction, with all helping to raise money for Lenham Nursery School.
