Introducing our Bar Manager, Lauren 🍸

Hannah’s right-hand woman and the one who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the bar. Lauren brings the perfect balance of organisation, talent, and top-tier cocktail knowledge — a true cocktail connoisseur who knows how to serve up something special every time.

Not only does she keep standards high, but she also keeps the laughs flowing just as much as the drinks. There’s never a dull moment when Lauren’s around — she brings the energy, the banter, and the good vibes to every event.
