The Role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

• Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
• Train and motivate junior kitchen staff
