We are looking for a motivated and creative Office Junior to support our Digital Marketing Manager, with the marketing of The Warehouse Taproom, Bar & Restaurant and our wider on-site businesses. This short-term contract role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, content creation and digital marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in a busy hospitality and retail environment.

The role will involve helping to promote the restaurant, events and activities across our digital channels, ensuring our presence remains engaging, up to date and visually appealing.

This is a part-time, temporary position, working on site. 18+ only.

It seems someone has got a bit eager and fancied our 'You are 12 miles from The Warehouse' A10 sign propped up in their living room. We get it, we love the sign too, just where it originally was at Southery.
Can we have our sign back please? If it's not too much of a bother.

Before anyone asks, no, it was not the lovely farm that it was next to. They are in the clear, but the investigation continues! πŸ”

🌱 Can you help us? Our Beer Garden is looking a little drab... and we want to make sure it gets the love it needs before we reopen. We need some advice on:
- Hardy plants, plants that can survive being outside all year
- Bushes/plants good for native wildlife
- Community groups that would like to get involved, they can even choose what we plant and where!
- Local garden centres/gardeners we can source our plants from
Any additional advice is welcome, and if any budding gardeners would like to get involved, please get in contact! πŸͺ΄

It might seem like a small, silly detail, but our time zone clock has stayed up throughout the rebuild.
While walls were rebuilt and the taproom slowly came back to life, it just kept ticking away quietly on the wall. Now seeing it in the nearly finished space feels a little nostalgic.
Plus, it's quite nice to see the time of our little corner here in Setchey next to time zones from around the world.

With all this beer garden weather recently, it’s been making us rather jealous seeing all the packed pub gardens! Nonetheless, it’s nice to see pubs and bars remaining such an important part of everyday life, and it’s great to see them so full at the moment.

There’s something about a busy pub on a sunny day that just feels right. We’re very much looking forward to being part of that again before too long 🍻

In the meantime, where’s been your go-to spot for a beer in the sun?
